When Erin Dunnigan first discovered the home she now shares with her husband Bill, it had all of the qualities the couple wanted to avoid ranging from its dated Tuscan look to its sprawling size. But the view, overlooking the green rolling hills of a protected wildlife preserve, was breathtaking enough to compensate for the home's existing aesthetics.
"You can’t make the view, but you can change the house," is a phrase Dunnigan has spoken to her own clients on numerous occasions.
